Whole Freezer Lamb

$350 (plus processing) for 40-50 pounds of meat

Our lambs are finished according to their individual growth patterns throughout the year, so availability is variable. To ensure the freshest and best quality meat, we contact you only when the lamb is ready to be processed. At that time we’ll walk you through a “cut sheet” and you will have the opportunity to choose your products based on your family’s diet and preferences. The finished product will shortly thereafter be ready for pickup from Haring Brothers Meats, Inc. in Doylestown, PA.

Pasture-Raised Chickens

$5/pound for whole birds

Chickens are processed in large groups roughly once a month from late spring into fall. Pre-ordered birds can be retrieved fresh or frozen: fresh birds are available for pickup at our Pipersville location the day of processing or frozen birds can be held for up to a week to allow for pickup at your convenience. These birds are typically sold whole (average is a 5-pound, $25 bird) but can also be halved or pieced out in breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings for an additional processing charge. Weighed packages of individual pieces may also be available (ie: 2 pounds of drumsticks). All products are professionally vacuum sealed and weighed on a certified scale.

Pasture-Raised Turkeys

$6/pound

Turkeys are processed in November - just in time for Thanksgiving! - and are sold whole. We expect that they will finish between 15 and 25 pounds. We have a limited number of turkeys available this year, so we highly recommend that you pre-order! Weight requests will be met as closely as possible on a first come, first served basis. Please note that pre-ordered birds must be picked up within 24 hours of processing
